Things have been happily buzzing along with professional VO work lately. Here’s the latest on a couple of projects currently on the hopper:
First, greatly enjoying playing with the various character voices I’m developing for the (previously mentioned) upcoming preschool-level iPad app. Such fun! I just keep thinking, “My kiddos will get to play this! SO cool!” Can’t keep myself from smiling about that.
Second, SO very excited about a sweet and lovely character I’m voicing for an upcoming and ongoing children’s radio program. It’s a project with loads of potential…perhaps even an animated program in its future! (And I’ll get to sing a bit from time to time, as well!) Smiling really big on this one.
And speaking of singing, I’ve recently been working on recording and editing a mock-up version of a singing voiceover demo…specifically geared toward singing in character for animation, etc. A very fun process. Though it will be much more fun once I’m out from under this scratchy sore throat thing, and can finally actually sing in my usual range again. 😐 I’ll be sure to post here when I’ve got the actual demo up. Hoping it will be sooner than later!
